Photo Location Rental Deposit Rules

A 50% non-refundable deposit holds your slot. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session.
Book by the hour. The greenhouse is single-party. We do not share or overlap slots.
Up to 8 people per session fits the small footprint. Larger groups need prior arrangement.

Weather Policy for Outdoor Greenhouse Sessions

This is an outdoor greenhouse. Weather matters. We kept the policy simple.

Light rain: The greenhouse stays fully usable and looks great. Sessions proceed.
Severe weather: You get one free reschedule if the National Weather Service has an active severe thunderstorm, tornado, or hail warning for the area, or sustained winds above ~25 mph at your booked time. We move you to the next available comparable slot at no charge.
Heat or cold: Sessions proceed during a heat advisory or cold snap. Dress for conditions and bring water. There is no climate control or restroom on site.

Qualifying weather gets a reschedule, not a refund. Deposits do not refund for weather. They transfer to a new date.

7+ days out: Deposit transfers to a new date within 90 days.
Under 7 days: Deposit is forfeited. The weather reschedule above still applies.

We send the exact address and gate/parking instructions with your booking confirmation.
Arrive and depart within your booked window. Setup and teardown count toward your time.
Please do not pick or trample the wildflowers. Shoot among them and leave them for the next session.
No smoking or vaping on the property. No confetti, glitter, or loose petals in the field.
Pets welcome on leash. Owners clean up after them.
Renters and their clients shoot at their own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and equipment. A short liability release is signed at booking.
